Daily: For families who need care year‑round on a specific daily schedule (1-2 days/week).
Example: before- and after-school care every Monday and Wednesday. Flat rate of $45 per day, includes AM and PM care as needed
Drop-in: Care on an as-needed basis. Advance notice (seven days) required. Flat rate of $45 per day, includes AM and PM care as needed.
Weekly: For families who need care year-round Monday-Friday, or 3 or more days a week. Weekly cost depends on the child’s grade, program length, and enrollment in AM, PM, or both programs.

An annual enrollment fee of $40 per family is due at the time of registration and is nonrefundable. Children must be enrolled seven days in advance of the first day.

Families living at 200% of the federal poverty or below qualify for our sliding fee scale. This will reduce the cost of care relative to income. To find out if you qualify please submit all requested documents during registration.
AYS reserves the right to cancel any program if minimum enrollment is not reached.
Once a site reaches capacity enrollment is closed. Your school will be notified should enrollment be reopened.
