The AYS Board of Directors is a dedicated group of community leaders who guide and support our mission to provide high-quality before and after school programs for children across Central Indiana. Board members bring a diverse range of expertise—from education and public policy to youth development and nonprofit leadership—to help shape the strategic direction of AYS. Through regular meetings and committee work, the Board ensures that AYS remains responsive to the needs of families, schools, and the communities we serve.

AYS Board members play an active role in shaping the future of the organization through participation in board meetings and committee work. The Board meets quarterly, along with one Annual Meeting each year, providing opportunities for members to contribute their expertise and leadership. Committee involvement allows board members to support key areas of the organization, ensuring AYS remains financially sound, strategically focused, and responsive to the needs of the communities we serve.

Our programs serve countless youth, ages Pre-K through 8th grade across central Indiana. Candidates with expertise in finance professionals, entrepreneurishp, public policy, or education are a plus. Current or former AYS parents and/or participants are also welcome!
