Indianapolis, IN — [April, 18, 2025] — AYS, Inc. (At Your School), Indiana’s largest and longest-operating provider of school-based out-of-school time programs, is proud to announce the appointment of Justin Armstrong as its Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
With more than two decades of leadership experience across nonprofit, government, and community-based organizations, Armstrong brings a deep commitment to mission-driven service, strategic innovation, and operational excellence. He most recently served as AYS’s Chief Operating Officer, where he led the creation of the organization's current three-year strategic plan, oversaw major funding initiatives, and strengthened district partnerships that directly impacted program quality and reach.

Prior to joining AYS, Armstrong served as Educator Curator of Science at the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Armstrong holds a certification in Not-for-Profit Leadership from the Indiana University School of Philanthropy and a B.S. in Biology from Indiana University
