Daily: For families who need care year‑round on a specific daily schedule (1-2 days/week).
Example: before- and after-school care every Monday and Wednesday. Flat rate of $45 per day, includes AM and PM care as needed
Drop-in: Care on an as-needed basis. Advance notice (seven days) required. Flat rate of $45 per day, includes AM and PM care as needed.
Weekly: For families who need care year-round Monday-Friday, or 3 or more days a week. Weekly cost depends on the child’s age and enrollment in AM, PM, or both programs.

AYS requires immunization records for each child prior to contract approval. If your child’s immunization records are not already on file with AYS, please submit them to immunization@ayskids.org.

Families living at 200% of the federal poverty or below qualify for our sliding fee scale. This will reduce the cost of care relative to income. To find out if you qualify please submit all documentation during registration.
AYS reserves the right to cancel any program if minimum enrollment is not reached.
A waitlist will be applied to any program that reaches capacity.
